How Many Hours you Play in a Day?: Depeneds but when I see some of people tuned in server I log in immediately and play for more than 5 hours

Why you want to be an Admin? ((200 Words Minimum)):
Well I see that lot of people joinning the server and when they find that it isn't full of players they leave it, Also I see that lot of new people are joinning NEON and they don't have any idea about rules and roleplay, i'd like to do my job as an admin with you here and get more players here to revive neon and stop rule-breakers from doing bad stuffs like hacking exploitng and abusing, I'm ready to leave other servers and take NEON server as a playing destination, I believe that there are not lot of staff members are tuned as a EU timezone so i'm here trying to take the responsibility and handle administration reports etc..
Maybe it is hard and requires lot of attention but thanks to my skills and experiences I believe that I am able to represent my self as Junior Admin and keep handling administration things until getting promotions I am a fair man and mature I didn't get jailed ooc'ly since I started playing in Neon Generation Gaming server, My main reason that forces me to post an application is that there are lot of things should be fixed and lot of people should be under authority of admins to make sure that they are not breaking any rules, I want to stop people from doing shitty things and I really want to entertain members by hosting events sometimes and give them prizes

Well, at first let me talk about myself I am a fair man and friendly, I am always making friendships and lot of them already know who I am and I think being fair is a good thing that allows you to be an admin at first, Secondly I was playing before as an admin in other roleplay server and I have learned a lot experiences about how to take decisions and how to be fair and wise in any situation you see, I see that NGG doesn't have enough people whom playing as European timezone, so I think that You need an addicted members in your staff team who can handle other people reports and advise newbies in same time I would like to tell you that i'm a person who have such enough experience and wise to handle administration stuffs and I really want to join this STAFF TEAM because I have lot of admin friends
