Why you want to be an Admin? ((200 Words Minimum)): Well, as I previously was an admin in NeonGaming, the script was same as it is so I want to get my admin status back.
Second, as I see that most of the admins aren't professional, and aren't experienced, so replacing me to their positions would be a good move.
I want to become an admin because I've worked for many servers, but currently I'm focusing on Neon-Gaming, that clarifies that I'm experienced.
Helping is my profession, and helping as an admin is my pleasure. I'm not the one who always asks for ranks, I'm a hard worker and I put my all effort to serve the community, I don't want to make it long, so that's all I'd like to say, Thankyou.

Good question, As I mentioned above that I'm experienced, and highly familiar with this script so I can be a good choice for administrative team.
beside adminship, I'm usually also spending time to promote Roleplay. I've seen some family leaders who're MGing, and I'll fix all of these things as an admin, because I've been a DOFM / DOGM(Director of Faction/gang Management) so I know how to hire good leaders and professional workers.
I'm also know how to handle forum/teamspeak as i was a super team speak admin in an other server. Recruiting me would be good for the community as well as me.
